Stefan cel Mare Street NO. 33
Protected Area- General Town Planning of Timisoara
The edifice was built at the end of the 19th Century in the form of a semi-basement, ground-floor and a top-floor. The ground-floor was most probably destinated for trade or it maybe hosted a workshop. The frames of the windows, the fronton above the upper balcony and the details from the entrance remind of the Neoclassic elements, but the building presents few ornamentantions from the Art-Nouveau style, probably due to a later refurbishment.
The long-term promotion of Heritage branding is one of the main objectives of Timisoara Premium Exposed City. The buildings restored will generate the architectural and touristic path of FABRIC historical district. The generated impact will confer a stronger visibility for investors, tourists and the local community.
